My name is Damian. I have over 10 years of competitive fencing experience across Hong Kong and the UK.

I began fencing at the age of six, developing a strong technical foundation that continues to shape my approach to the sport today. My experience spans both competition and university involvement, including roles such as Armourer and Competitions Officer. I was also as Silver Medallist at the 2018 Scottish Student Sport Men's Foil Individual Competition.

I work primarily with beginner and younger fencers. My coaching focuses on establishing strong techncial fundamentals with a particular emphasis on footwork as the foundation of effective fencing. Recognising that each fencer develops differently, I take an adaptive approach to help students develop precision and control. My goal is to create a structured and supportive environment where novices can build confidence and develop their own style.
